Jean-Pierre Saad

Jean-Pierre Saad holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Communications from American University of Beirut (1998-2002) and an MSC in Financial Management (2002-2004) from HEC Business School in Paris.
He started his career at Lehman Brothers (2004-2008) as a member of TMT’s European investment banking team. Since 2008, he has been a Partner in KKR’s private equity practice, where he serves as Co-Director of TMT EMEA, leading and managing KKR’s investments in technology and telecommunications companies in Europe. Previously, he was involved in KKR’s investments in United Group, NXP Semiconductors and Legrand, among others.
Currently he is a member of the Board of OVH SAS, SoftwareONE Holding AG and Exact Software NV. He is also a member of the European Investment and Portfolio Management Committees.
