Bachelor in law from the University of Salamanca. ERASMUS at the University of Leiden (Netherlands). He has a Master in Legal Consultancy to Businesses and a PDD from I.E. Business School, as well as various courses of postgraduate programmes and specialising in Legal Consumption Advice, Community law (Jean Monnet Proffesorship), Compliance, Corporate Finance, Board of Directors and Management Development (from the University of Salamanca, the I.E. Business School and Otto Walter).
Juan Luis is a director with more than 20 years of formation in the legal and business fields. Prior to joining MÁSMÓVIL he worked at ONO as Secretary General, member of the Board of Directors and member of the Executive Committee, up until its sale and integration into the Vodafone Group. He was head of the legal, regulation, corporate security, compliance and, in the last months, internal audit departments. Previously, within ONO from 1997 onwards Juan Luis occupied various positions in the Legal Department and the General Secretariat of the operator, among which stand out, lawyer, corporate development, legal counsel and assistant secretary general. Prior to ONO, Juan Luis began his career at a commercial law firm in Madrid (Echarri & Brindle lawyers), which subsequently merged with the now also defunct Mullerat lawyers.
