Javier has a triple mayor BA (finance, investments and economics) from Babson College (MA, USA) and an MSc in Finance from Texas Tech University (TX, USA). Javier is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), and is currently a professor of finance at university level.
Javier is Managing Director of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. He has 28 years of experience in the financial world. He began his career in investment banking in 1991 at AB Asesores as a fixed income trader, participating in the launch of the Spanish financial futures market (MEFF), then he moved to Apax Partners where he was Executive Director of the corporate finance division, specialising in M&A operations in Europe. He has also worked for almost 10 years at Morgan Stanley in London in the equity research department, having led the IPO of media companies in France, Sweden and Russia, as well as at Cheuvreux, also in equity research. Before joining Másmovil, he was Director of Investor Relations at Indra, an IBEX35 company.
