  • To complaint, with guarantees of security and confidentiality, as well as, at its option, of anonymity, facts or actions that in its opinion transgress the regulations applicable to the Group. These regulations can be both external (applicable legislation) and internal (regulations to which the Group has voluntarily submitted, such as code of ethics, internal policies and procedures or others).
  • Request information, consult or clarify any issue related to the regulations referred to in the previous paragraph regarding to the activity carried out by the Masmovil Group.

The Ethical Channel does not intend to address queries or claims arising from the supply of products and/or the provision of services by the Group’s companies. For this type of issues, you should go to the usual customer care service channels.

    In case of making the complaint anonymously, you can provide a mobile phone number so that we can request clarifications or additional data to facilitate the investigation.

    These contact details will not be linked or related to personal data under the responsibility of the Group.
